water heater was not working and was not fixed properly

Staff was absolutely fantastic--always went above and beyond to help. Beautiful room, beautiful pool, convenient access to the mall. Tip: use uber rather than taking a taxi whenever possible as it is more expensive from the hotel.

Sometimes it was inconvenient to be so far away from a lot of the bars and restaurants.

There was no hot water in the shower & low pressure of hand shower . It took from them 3 hrs to change the room without any compensation . The hotel is over rated & there is no value of money. The hotel has lack knowledge of customer satisfaction.

Some items at room was not available such as tooth brush , slippers for toilet and you have to make phone call

The full Hotel is really amazing, especially the convenient location of being attached to the City centre Mall

Only problem was that there was no body wash inside the container in the shower by the time the room was given to us...

Room was nice.

The service was extremely disappointing. I requested water, which took 30 minutes to arrive. I later ordered a cappuccino but was served a regular Nescafé instead. During checkout, I asked the bellboy to collect my luggage, yet no one came for over 30 minutes, despite the hotel not being busy

- Shower temperature was hot and temperature controller is not functioning both are hot.- Delay in room service 30 minutes for beverages.

The service was excellent from the moment I arrived — from the warm welcome at the car to the reception and the luggage service by Mr. Sayed Hussein or Mr. Sayed Mohammed (I can’t recall the exact name). The breakfast staff were also very professional, and Mr. Abdulraouf was truly exceptional — respectful, fast, and very understanding of guests’ needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location in the heart of city center I took Suite and twin room connected to each other, both were very comfortable, AC was great, with city view.They put a lot of water bottles on daily basis Whatever we ask they provide instantly They take the car themselves when we arrive and take care of its parking

My daughter found long hair sticking on the shower wall and housekeeping didn’t notice or remove for the entire of our stay, really disgusting Asked staff to reduce our 5 nights stay for one night and they weren’t cooperative, then Booking.com settled the issue and refunded me the last night, hotel staff could’ve been more helpful but unfortunately they weren’t.SPA doesn’t have male masseurs for men, only female, hotel should understand the culture of regional guests and nature of their preferences.

Door smell badly There was a fire alarm and they asked us clearly by speaker to leave the room at 6am and use stairs and we were running and panic , and once we are down , security told me there was a short and controlled. We were staying at floor 15 , and we made it all the way on the stairs with no clue , and they DIDN’T INFORM GUESTS AGAIN THAT THEY CONTROL THE FIRE “ simply they made us run down without any clue. They haven’t consider old people or special need how they will act going from floor 15 on fire alarm. This is the worst experience I had

The service of the staff is very good, friendly, helpful and sincere! Especially Ms. Roda and her colleagues. They made my trip!

There is space for the room cleaning to improve.

staff was amazing.. especially Adnan who was exceptionally caring and going the extra mile to make us feel at home

rooms are amazing in design but very old. one light bulb was flickering ..the rooms needs some updating
